Protection for the staff who work at risk
The policy pays a lump sum for disability or death caused by an accident. All it needs is the type of work, how many people, and the benefit you want.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really required?+
Yes, if your staff do increased-risk work — construction, mining, chemicals, transport and similar sectors. Everywhere else it is voluntary cover.
How is it different from health insurance?+
Health insurance pays for treatment — clinics, pharmacies, dentists. Accident insurance pays a lump sum when someone is injured or dies. Many companies buy both.
Will I need a list of employees?+
Not to get an offer. The number and the type of work are enough. The named schedule is attached to the policy after you have chosen an offer.
Can I insure only some of my staff?+
Yes. Many companies insure only the group that works at risk — warehouse crew but not the office, for example. That is exactly why we ask how many people you are insuring in that line of work.
