Under Government Decree No. 572, foreign and stateless students need health and accident insurance from the day they enter Georgia and for as long as they study here, for at least one semester.
Do I submit a request on Polisi?+
Yes. Answer five questions about your studies (start date, period, age, citizenship and university) and confirm your contact details. We pass the request to insurers, they send offers, and you accept the one you want. Polisi does not issue policies; the insurer does.
Where do I give my name and passport details?+
Polisi asks only for your name and contact details. The insurer asks for passport details when you accept its offer and issues the policy. The insurer provides the terms, the final price and the policy documents.
Does the cover meet my university’s requirements?+
Limits and terms differ by insurer and by period. Check with your university and the insurer that the cover you choose meets its requirements.
